dao pieces are made using efficient processes and recycling materials; materials consisting of environmentally friendly components, materials that leave as few negative footprints on our environment as possible.

 

 

All products are durable, washable, and available in 9 modern, and fresh colors. Our eco-friendly design coasters, mouse pads and place mats aremade of recycling leather, and micro fibre suede, which is also partly recycled.

The micro fiber suede consists of nylon and PET substances. The bonded leather is a German product that is made of a laid mixture of leather fibers and bonded by mainly natural binders to obtain a firm material that shows leather-like qualities. The leather fibers are salvaged from waste from shoe, bag, accessory or furniture production in the leather industry.

dao – sustainable design products are available in different sizes and colors. Currently we offer three kinds of coasters, various place mats, and a mousepad in nine different colors. Upon request we can manufacture either product in custom size or color.
